Our recent stay at the hotel was quite nice overall, though there are certainly areas for improvement. The staff were consistently friendly and offered great service, making us feel welcomed. While the rooms were generally clean and comfortable, we found some cleanliness issues that could use attention. The location provided a peaceful atmosphere, but we were slightly surprised by the spa facilities, which weren't quite as impressive as we had anticipated. Despite some shortcomings, we did enjoy our time here and appreciated the beautiful surroundings.

While the grounds and spa facilities were lovely and well-kept, and my room was spacious with a nice view, the overall service and dining left much to be desired. I was particularly frustrated with the miscommunication regarding my spa treatment and the breakfast experience, which was not up to the standard I expected. Overall, the price felt a bit high for the inconsistencies I encountered.

I had high hopes for this hotel experience given the offers, but it turned out quite disappointing. While I enjoyed the warm welcome and the clean rooms, the spa facilities were underwhelming and the dining experience left much to be desired. It felt like an unorganized affair overall, which i do not think is worth the drive or the cost.
